VILLA 1 consists of 8 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 or more if there are children sharing with parents. There is ample communal space including an open air upstairs living room, a large downstairs lounge, inside dining area as well as outside patio.

6 nights at Villa 1 rental rates are as follows:
January 7th-May 15th $18,500 plus 10% tax and 7% service.
May 15th-December 15th $15,500 plus 10% tax and 7% service
